Monday to Friday from 2.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 11.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
Treatment times (Massages, packs, baths)
Daily from around 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Registrations
Hotel guests may use the wellness oasis during opening hours.
We would ask external guests/day guests to please register by telephoning 004365894522

Please register in good time by phone or via e-mail for massages, packs and baths (this applies to hotel guests too).
Clothing
For hygiene we would ask that you only enter the wellness oasis wearing bathing slippers and that no clothing is worn in the sauna, steam baths, bathing areas and hot water whirlpool areas.
Please wear a bathrobe to any treatments.
Check-in
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. We endeavour to start all treatments promptly. Should you arrive late we will unfortunately have to reduce the time of your treatment accordingly.
Gift vouchers
All treatments and day tickets are also available as gift vouchers.
Mobile phones
Out of consideration for all guests we would ask that you ensure your mobile telephone is on silent mode.
Or, preferably, do not bring it with you. Take some time for other people, for health and for nature … mobile phones, tablets etc. stress us and are damaging!
Children
Our small wellness area is an oasis of peace. Therefore, access is permitted for children over 14 years.
Medical conditions
Please let us or your masseur know of any medical conditions you have before your treatment.
Cancellation
If you have to cancel a treatment please let us know as soon as possible.
There is no charge for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the booked appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the treatment will incur cancellation fees of 40% of the treatment cost.
No-shoe or cancellation on the day of the appointment will be charged at 60% of the service cost.
