Holidays in the Vitaloase

Arrival & Departure

On the day of arrival, rooms are available from approximately 2 pm. Catering in the restaurant begins with our afternoon vitality snack (2 pm to 4 pm).

On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 11 am. Meals in the restaurant end with the breakfast buffet. You are welcome to use the wellness area until 6 pm on the day of departure. A late check-out can be booked depending on availability: € 20 per room.

Dogs

Unfortunately, dogs (pets) are not permitted in our hotel.

Kids & Rates

• 0–3 years old in parents' room: € 5 per child per night
• 4–14 years old in parents' room: € 30 per child per night
• 4–14 years old in own room: € 50 per child per night
• from 15 years old, adult prices apply

Parking

Free parking spaces are available around the Vitaloase.

Rates & Local Tax

Prices are quoted in euros per person per night (except for package deals), including statutory taxes and excluding local tax and mobility charge.

Local tax: € 1.75 per person per night (from May 2026: € 2.95) • Mobility tax: € 0.50 per person per night

B&B = Bed and breakfast (breakfast buffet and afternoon snack)
HB = Half board or pampering board (breakfast buffet, afternoon snack and evening menu)

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation up to 1 month before arrival: free of charge
• 30 days to 14 days before arrival: 30 % of the booked amount (this amount is payable as a deposit)
• 13 days to 7 days before arrival: 70 % of the booked amount
• within the last week before arrival: 90 % of the booked amount
