General Information
When a reservation is made, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.
On the day of arrival, rooms are available from around 2:00 PM.
Meals at the restaurant begin with the vitality snack in the afternoon (2:00 PM to 4:00 PM).
The wellness area is open for you from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM.
Meals at the restaurant end with the breakfast buffet.
You are welcome to continue using the wellness area until 6:00 PM on the day of departure.
Exceptions are June 22, 2025 & April 6, 2026 (on these days the wellness area is closed!)
We recommend packing your swimwear separately so you can make the most of your departure day. Thank you for bringing your own bathing shoes for the sake of the environment.
To settle your bill, we accept cash and EC cards (debit cards), Mastercard, and VISA.
Dogs (pets) are not allowed in the hotel.
All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee specific room numbers or floors. The same applies to table numbers. We are happy to take your requests and will do our best to accommodate them.

Prices
Prices are in euros per person per night (except for package deals) including statutory tax.
Excluding local tax €1.75 per person per night.
Excluding mobility fee €0.50 per person per night.
BB = Bed and Breakfast (breakfast buffet and afternoon snack)
HB = Half board or indulgence board (breakfast buffet, afternoon snack, and dinner menu)
Unused inclusive services cannot be refunded.
Surcharges
During the Christmas holidays, we charge a surcharge of €20.00 per person per night on our room prices.

- For a fee: Mountain bike rental at the hotel & e-bike rental service

Children
Inclusive services in package offers are only included for full-paying guests.
Children are always charged with overnight stay including half board (indulgence board).
Our small wellness area is a place of relaxation.
Therefore, access to the wellness area is only permitted for children aged 14 and over.
Children's Prices
0 – 3.9 years in the parents' room €5 per night
4 – 14.9 years in the parents' room €30 per night
4 – 14.9 years in their own room (= cuddle room) €50 per night
From 15 years onwards, adult prices apply
Cancellation
You’re surely looking forward to your holiday, but a lot can happen before and even during your trip. Take precautions and take out travel cancellation insurance.

This will save you hassle and costs in case of a necessary cancellation or early termination of your trip.
For the benefit of our guests, we have adjusted the cancellation conditions as follows from the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions:
- Cancellation up to 1 month before arrival: free of charge
- 30 to 14 days before arrival: 30% of the booked amount (this amount is due as a deposit)
- 13 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the booked amount
- Within the last week before arrival: 90% of the booked amount
Unfortunately, in the event of early departure, we cannot offer any refunds.
