Cuisine at the Vitaloase
Start your day with our breakfast buffet, which features fresh, regional and homemade products – from crispy bread from Unken to coffee from Saalfelden. In the afternoon, between 2 and 4 pm, enjoy a vitality snack with a selection of sweet and savoury dishes such as soup, Kaiserschmarrn or Sacher cake. The perfect end to the day is our four-course evening menu, prepared personally by chef Thomas with seasonal ingredients and lots of love – regional and full of flavour.
