Winter in Unken means tranquillity, wide open spaces and a genuine experience of nature. In Heutal, one of the most unspoilt high plateaus in the Salzburg region, you can expect perfectly groomed cross-country trails, peaceful ski touring routes and small, charming slopes for connoisseurs.

Snowshoe hikes lead through snow-covered forests and to remote places of power - for example, along the Wildalm or up to the Hochalm. For those seeking peace and quiet, Unken offers the perfect balance between being active and slowing down.
