General
When you make a reservation, Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
On the day you are due to arrive, your room will be available from around 2:00 p.m.
Food is served in the restaurant, starting with a healthy snack in the afternoon (2:00 p.m. To 4:00 p.m.).
The wellness area is open from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
On the day you are due to depart we would ask that you vacate your room by 11:00 a.m.
Catering in the restaurant concludes with a buffet breakfast.
You may still use the wellness area on the day you are due to depart. Except on April 7, 2024, June 2, 2024 and November 3, 2024. (the wellness area remains closed on these days!)
To settle your bill we accept cash and EC card (debit card), Mastercard and VISA.
The inclusive services for package deals are only included for full payers. Children are always charged only with accommodation including half board.
Included are buffet breakfast, vitamin snack, dinner menu (except when booking "bed and breakfast), use of the Finnish log cabin sauna, stone pine parlor, steam bath, salt grotto, „Kraxen”-oven, natural swimming pond (summer), outdoor hot-water hot tub (all year), bathing bag with towels, bathrobe.
Dogs (pets) are not permitted in the hotel.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms.
Our little wellness area is an oasis of calm. Entry is only available for children over the age of 14.
The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the general terms and conditions for the hotel business AGBH 2006 apply.

Prices
Prices are in Euro per person and night (excluding package offers) including statutory taxes. Included are buffet breakfast, vitamin snack, dinner menu (except when booking "bed and breakfast), use of the Finnish log cabin sauna, stone pine parlor, steam bath, salt grotto, „Kraxen”-oven, natural swimming pond (summer), outdoor hot-water hot tub (all year), bathing bag with towels, bathrobe.
Excludes local taxes of € 1.75 per person and night.
HP=Half board (breakfast buffet, afternoon snack and evening menu)
Any inclusive services which are not availed of cannot be reimbursed.
Surcharges
During the Christmas vacations we take the liberty of adding a surcharge of 10% to our room rates.
Prices for children
0 – 3.9 years old staying in their parents’ room: € 5.00 per night
4 – 14.9 years old staying in their parents’ room: € 30.00 per night
4 – 14.9 staying in their own room (= cosy room) € 50.00 per night
Adult prices apply to those aged 15 and over
Cancellation
You are already looking forward to your holiday, but a great deal can happen before you get here and during your holiday too. Look ahead and take out travel cancellation insurance.

This saves you trouble and costs in case of a necessary cancellation or a trip cancellation.
For the benefit of our guests, we have adjusted the cancellation policy as follows from those of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions:
- Cancellation up to 2 months before arrival free of charge
- 2 months to 1 month before arrival 30% of the booked amount (this amount is payable in the form of a down payment)
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the booked amount
- Within the last week before arrival 90% of the booked amount
In case of early departure we can not refund any costs.
